The Discernment Team is completing the Community Profile that the Diocese will use to attract possible candidates. When the Profile is approved by the Bishop's office and St. Michael's vestry, we will begin receiving candidates from the Diocese to interview to fill the position of Priest-in-Charge.
A Prayer for Discernment
Almighty and Everliving God, we give thanks for the beloved community and rich history of St. Michael's Church.
As we seek new leadership, we pray for open hearts and minds and your wisdom to guide us on this journey.
We pray that the one you are calling will lead us in celebrating your beauty, loving your people, and serving your world now and for the future you envision for us.
With praise and thanksgiving, we ask this in the name of the Holy Spirit and your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
