St. Michael’s Memorial Garden

St. Michael's Memorial Garden, adjacent to the sanctuary, is a lovely consecrated space and final resting place for individuals with a connection to our church. The Memorial Garden was dedicated to the glory of God on Palm Sunday, March 23, 1986, and in loving memory of those whose ashes are interred there. As part of the funeral or memorial service, ashes are interred directly into the ground, and the name and significant dates of the one interred are inscribed on a bronze plaque inside the church. The landscaped Memorial Garden is always open for meditation and reflection.
