St. Michael’s Choirs Affiliated with the Royal School of Church Music in America (RSCM-A) Children’s Choir Program and Schedule St. Michael’s offers a wonderful opportunity for children to be involved in the RSCM training program entitled Voice for Life. In a time when music and the arts are being sacrificed in government budgets and school systems, it is especially important for the church to offer strong programs in music and the arts. Since music and art speak to the soul in unique and direct ways, it is especially logical and important for the church to see the support of these areas as part of its mission. St. Michael’s children’s choir program offers the following to its participants: *An opportunity to learn how to sing *An opportunity to develop musical skills (music reading) *An opportunity to learn a lot of great church music *An opportunity to learn about worship and the church *Christian fellowship and fun with peers AND... *A VOICE FOR LIFE Monday Afternoon Schedule: Senior Choristers is for Junior High and High School youth who have had choral experience.
